Eligibility
Your loved ones will be eligible for Adult Day Care if they are:
- 55 years or older with a medical condition requiring supervision, treatment, or physician-prescribed rehabilitative services.
- Physically or mentally impaired to the where they can no longer attend to their activities of daily living independently
- The likelihood that without our services, your condition will deteriorate, leading to institutionalization/ hospitalization.
